Update My App Sign In Information
Please fill out this form if:
You are an existing Parachute donor and you've lost access to both the phone number AND email address on your account and are unable to log in to the Parachute app. and cannot sign into the app.
You do NOT need this form if:
You can still access either your phone number or your email. Simply sign into the app by selecting the Sign In button, enter the email address or phone number that you have access to, retrieve & enter the One Time Passcode to sign in.
Once signed in:
- Go to Profile
- Tap the Settings icon (cog)
- Update your phone number and/or email
