• I don’t fall within the age restrictions but am healthy. Can I still donate?

  The age requirement is set by our medical team and is for safety reasons. Other donation centers may have different age requirements, so I would recommend visiting www.donatingplasma.org to see what other options there are near you.

• What is the last appointment you take for a new donor?

  Typically, we take appointments for new members up until one hour before closing. However, your app will always show you the latest availability.

• I’m a new member. Why can’t I schedule more than 1 donation?

  As a new member, the app will only allow you to schedule 1 donation at a time. Once you complete your first donation you’ll be able to schedule additional appointments.

• Why can I only schedule one appointment as a new donor?

  To make sure everything goes smoothly, new donors can book one appointment at a time to start. Once you complete your first donation, additional appointment times will automatically open up in the app so you can book ahead and maximize your earnings.
