Q: Do I get anything extra for my birthday?

A: At Parachute we love to celebrate birthdays with our donors! If you complete a successful donation on your birthday, we will add a $5 Birthday Bonus to your paycard within 2 business days.

Q: What if I am not eligible to donate/get deferred/you are not open on my birthday?

A: The Birthday Bonus is a special Thank You to donors who choose to spend their special day donating with us. In order to qualify for this extra special bonus, your donation date needs to match the date of birth on your donor profile.

Q: It’s been over 48 hours but I don’t see my Birthday Bonus, help!

A: If you had a complete donation on your birthday, it has been over 2 business days, and you do not see a $5 Birthday Bonus in the Wallet section of the app, please use the app’s chat feature to speak with a member of our Donor Experience team.
