Can I still go to work after my donation?

You should be able to carry on with your normal daily activities after donating. We recommend avoiding any strenuous physical activity or heavy lifting because you may experience some tenderness in your donation arm. Make sure to continue to drink plenty of water post-donation and eat a snack or meal within two hours of your appointment.
