How do I sign in when I arrive for my appointment?
When you arrive at the center for your first donation, make your way to the New Donor tablet. You will be asked to enter your name and the telephone number you used when downloading the app. Once you are checked in, feel free to take a seat and wait for a member of our team to call you up.

Can I arrive early for my appointment?
There is no need to arrive early for your donation appointment. The earliest you would be able to check in is 5 minutes prior to your scheduled donation.
When should I arrive for my appointment?
You can arrive at any point during your 20-minute donation time slot. There is a 5-minute grace period on either side of the appointment. Keep in mind, if you arrive after your scheduled time slot you won't receive your time incentive bonus.
