  Unfortunately, the weight requirement is strict and we are not able to make any exceptions. I apologize for the inconvenience.

• At what point would I be considered a new donor if I don’t donate for a while?

  Great question! If there is a 180-day or greater lapse between your donations you would technically be a new donor in our system. At that point we would require you to go through the registration process again.

• Why can’t I see appointments past a certain date?

  During the transition period, appointment availability may be released in phases. If you don’t see your preferred date yet, check back in the app — more appointments are added regularly.

• I am/was pregnant/breastfeeding. Can I donate?

  Unfortunately, you are not eligible to donate during pregnancy. You would need to wait until you are at least 183 days postpartum. Once you've hit that milestone, you are eligible to donate, even if you are still breastfeeding.

• What if I have to leave early or can’t stay the full time?

  We understand that sometimes things happen. If you need to leave early, please notify a staff member as soon as possible. However, since incomplete donations may not be usable, we ask that you make arrangements to stay for the entire time. We ...
