What about my in-progress bonuses?
All of the progress you make towards your old center's bonuses will be honored up until your center's first day of Parachute's operations and will be paid to your PaySign card, so be sure to wrap up any qualifying donations by that time.
Beginning on your center's transition date, all bonuses, referral payments, incentives, and earnings will be follow Parachute’s programs and terms. This transition should be seamless but there are a few things to keep in mind:
- Any bonus progress, including referrals, will reset on your center's Parachute Transition Date, and will not carry over. All donations after that date will count towards Parachute's robust catalog of monthly bonuses and incentive offers.
- Parachute will be unable to handle disputes or payment inquiries for anything that happens prior to the transition date. Please make sure you review and handle any transaction issues with your center/PaySign before this date.
- Your previous earnings will remain on your PaySign card for use and cannot be transferred or deposited on your Parachute Visa card.
