What does my pulse need to be to donate?
Before each donation, we will check your vitals. An acceptable pulse is between 50 and 100 beats per minute when at rest.

I am/was pregnant/breastfeeding. Can I donate?
Unfortunately, you are not eligible to donate during pregnancy. You would need to wait until you are at least 183 days postpartum. Once you've hit that milestone, you are eligible to donate, even if you are still breastfeeding.
Can I donate blood and plasma at different centers simultaneously?
Unfortunately, no. For safety reasons, you would not be able to donate both whole blood and plasma at the same time. You would need to wait at least 56 days from the date of your whole blood donation to come in to donate plasma.
Do I need to fill out a questionnaire each time I donate?
Yes, but it will be an abbreviated version of the Donor Health Questionnaire that you are required to fill out on your first visit.
How often can I donate?
You can donate a maximum of 2 times during a rolling 7 day period with at least 1 day between donations.
