What if I used to donate at a Parachute location in the past?

If you ever donated at any Parachute donation center, even if it was just once, you will have an existing donor profile that you can access through the Parachute App. It is important that we update your old information so you can easily sign in and schedule at your preferred location.

If you still have access to the phone number or email address that was on your Parachute profile:
  1. Tap the Sign In option when you open the app
  2. Select either Phone or Email depending on which you currently have access to
  3. Enter your information and tap Next
  4. Enter the 6-digit code that was sent to you and tap Next
If you can no longer access BOTH the email and phone number on your old profile, please fill out THIS FORM so we can update your information.

Once you have signed in, please verify the location that is displayed on your app's home page. This will most likely be the Parachute center that you used to donate at. To update this to the location that is joining Parachute, please complete the Center Update Form.
