Help Me Get Started With Parachute

As an experienced donor, the plasma donation process you’re familiar with isn’t changing. What is new is Parachute’s technology — designed to make donating simpler, faster, and more convenient, all through the Parachute app.

Step 1: Download the Parachute App
Download the Parachute App at www.joinparachute.com/app/ or searching for Parachute Plasma in the Google Play or Apple App Stores. You will also see QR codes in-center for easy access.

Don’t have a smartphone? No problem — tablets are available at the center so everyone can get set up.

Step 2: Create Your Account
Open the app and tap Sign Up. Enter an SMS-enabled phone number and email. After verifying your one-time code, enter your home ZIP code and select your preferred location as your home center.

Step 3: Book Your Appointment
Tap Donate, choose an available appointment time, and review your expected payment — including any bonuses — before confirming. Each time slot represents your check-in window.

That's it! Now all you have to do is head to your appointment. 

Need to Make a Change?
Plans change! You can cancel, reschedule, or check availability directly in the app at any time, giving you flexibility and control over your schedule.
