All scheduling is done easily right in our app. When you come in for your first appointment, you will get registered, have a health screening and review some educational materials, and then give your first donation. For your first visit, I would allow for about 3.5 hours because of the screening and registration process. Going forward, donations will take about 1 hour.
There are 3 forms of ID you'll need to bring for your 1st appointment: 1. a valid photo ID, 2. your Social Security card or proof of SSN, and 3. a proof of address dated from within the past 60 days. Most people will bring in a recent utility bill or bank statement, but we can accept any piece of mail as long as it's dated and has your full name and address. If your driver’s license has your current address we can also accept this as your proof of address.
At your first visit, you will also receive a Join Parachute, LLC Visa® Prepaid Card. All donation payments will be loaded onto your card each time you donate.
