All scheduling is done easily right in our app. When you come in for your first appointment, you will get registered, have a health screening and review some educational materials, and then give your first donation. For your first visit, I would allow for about 3.5 hours because of the screening and registration process. Going forward, donations will take about 1 hour.

There are 3 forms of ID you'll need to bring for your 1st appointment:

  • Your Social Security card or another document that verifies your SSN. This is a one-time requirement to create your Parachute donor profile and ensure accurate records and payment.
  • Proof of address, which is needed to set up your profile. After that, you’ll only need to confirm your address once a year.
  • A valid photo ID.

At your first visit, you will also receive a Join Parachute, LLC Visa® Prepaid Card. All donation payments will be loaded onto your card each time you donate.

The Join Parachute, LLC Visa® Prepaid Card is issued by Pathward®, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. Card can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted, in the U.S. Visa is a registered trademark of Visa U.S.A. Inc. All other trademarks and service marks belong to their respective owners. Standard text message and data rates, fees, and charges may apply.
