Every Parachute Donation Center is a part of the local community where our welcoming, friendly staff uses cutting edge technology to ensure your donation goes smoothly. Our App allows you to schedule up to 7 donations at a time so you always know you have a bed waiting for you when you come in.
Parachute also offers our donors quick and easy payments, not only are your funds usually on your card before you exit the building, you can also see a breakdown of your earnings instantly in the app. We offer a lot of different ways to earn extra money so no matter how much you chose to donate, you have an opportunity to earn something extra.
Our Member Experience team is also just a quick message away. Through in-app chat or email, our team can help with scheduling, payment or program questions, almost anything you can think of. And if they don't know the answer, they will absolutely find someone who can. This means you can ask questions when YOU have the time.
Not to worry though, the friendly faces you've gotten to know at Immunotek will still be there and the donation process and medical standards you're familiar with will remain in place -- now supported by Parachute's technology and rewards.
