What is the last appointment you take for a new donor?
Typically, we take appointments for new members up until one hour before closing. However, your app will always show you the latest availability.
Will weather or closures be posted in the app?
Yes. Any weather-related delays, early closures, or operational updates will be shared through the Parachute app and, when possible, via email or SMS.
Has parking changed?
No. Parking remains the same and is available on-site, just as before.
Can I donate at another location instead?
At this time, transfers to other facilities are temporarily paused during the transition. Please continue donating at your home center unless otherwise notified.
