Will my center's hours change?
The Parachute App will always have the most up to date hours & the calendar will only let you schedule if the center is open and has availability so no more wasted trips!
Currently, the ImmunoTek center hours are:
- Bellmead, Texas is open Tuesday-Saturday from 7:00am-3:00pm.
- McComb, Mississipi is open Tuesday–Friday from 8:00 am–4:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am–3:00 pm.
- Salisbury, North Carolina is open Tuesday-Saturday from 8:00am-3:00pm.
- Greensboro, North Carolina is open Tuesday–Friday from 7:00 am–4:00 pm and Saturday from 7:00 am–2:00 pm.
- Baton Rouge, Louisiana is open Tuesday–Friday from 8:00 am–5:00pm and Saturday from 8:00 am–3:00 pm.

I just signed up, but I chose the wrong center. How can I change it?
If you haven’t had your first visit yet, and you need to change your center, please contact Parachute support via the app. You will need to provide your current zip code and the center you would prefer to donate at.
I've been donating with one center, but I want to donate at another center now. Can I do that?
If you are eligible for more than one center, and you decide a different center will be more convenient, you can go into your preferred center to request a change.
I've moved, and I want to donate with a center that's closer. What do I do?
If you’ve moved, you can go into the new center that’s closer to you in order to update your address - no appointment is needed! You will need to bring a current Proof of Address document for your new address, and we will get your center updated.
Will my ImmunoTek New Donor, Referral, or Monthly bonus progress carry over?
No. Any ImmunoTek bonus or referral progress will reset once your center transitions to Parachute. All donations after that date will count toward Parachute’s monthly bonuses and incentive offers. You can find the latest information on the transition ...
