Can I book appointments without locking myself in?
Absolutely. Parachute is built for real life. You can cancel or reschedule anytime in the app, with no penalties. That’s why we encourage booking ahead — you can always adjust later.
Why can’t I see appointments past a certain date?
During the transition period, appointment availability may be released in phases. If you don’t see your preferred date yet, check back in the app — more appointments are added regularly.
Why can I only schedule one appointment as a new donor?
To make sure everything goes smoothly, new donors can book one appointment at a time to start. Once you complete your first donation, additional appointment times will automatically open up in the app so you can book ahead and maximize your earnings.
Can you explain how the calendar and appointments work?
