If you’re running late, you can still donate as long as you arrive during our hours of operation. However, if you arrive after your scheduled appointment time (including the 5-minute grace period), you may not receive the time incentive for that visit.
If your schedule changes, you can cancel or reschedule anytime in the app — there are no penalties for doing so. We encourage booking ahead because it helps you secure a time that works for you, and you can always adjust later if needed.
