As a registered Immunotek Donor, your first Parachute visit will be pretty similar to what you are used to with a couple of things to keep in mind.
Please be sure to bring your
Social Security Card or any other document to verify your SSN to your first Parachute donation. We need this to verify your identity and create a new Parachute Donor Profile. This ensures accurate records, proper payments, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Rest assured, this is a one time requirement, you won't need to bring your Social Security Card with you each time. Info on what can be used in place of a Social Security Card can be found
HERE.
Proof of Address is also required to create your Parachute Donor Profile. Once we have your profile created, you will have to validate your physical address annually. Take a look at this
Help Center Article for more information on what can be used for Proof of Address and a link to request a Proof of Address Postcard from us.
Don't forget to also bring a valid photo ID for this visit. After we confirm your identity, we will take a photo that will be added to your donor profile. This will be how we confirm your identity for future visits. What counts as a valid photo ID? Find out more by clicking this

Some donors may need a new physical as part of the transition to Parachute. This can happen if your previous physical is expired OR additional documentation is required under Parachute's medical protocols. Once this is complete, you will go back to only needing a physical once a year, as long as you are a regular donor.
You will also get a new Parachute Visa Prepaid Card during your first Parachute donation. This will link your payment activity to your app where you can track your earnings and purchases.
Keep in mind that each of these things can add time to your first Parachute donation but on average, you can expect your return visits to run a bit faster.
