How long will my first Parachute visit take?
We know your time is valuable so we aim to have return donations completed as quickly as possible. Your first Parachute donation might take a little longer though, so here are a couple tips to avoid delays:
- Have your appointment already booked in the app
- Make sure to arrive and sign in during your time slot
- Don't forget to bring your ID, Proof of Address. and Proof of Social Security documentation
- Read the questionnaire carefully - some questions may be different than what you are used to
- And finally, have a good meal and hydrate before coming in!
