What do I need to bring for my first visit?

As an ImmunoTek donor, your first Parachute visit will feel very familiar — with just a few extra things to bring.

For your first Parachute donation, please bring:

  • Your Social Security card or another document that verifies your SSN. This is a one-time requirement to create your Parachute donor profile and ensure accurate records and payment.
  • Proof of address, which is needed to set up your profile. After that, you’ll only need to confirm your address once a year.
  • A valid photo ID.

More information on what is considered valid documentation can be found by following the links above. You won’t need to bring all of these documents every time — just for your first visit.
