What if I have to leave early or can’t stay the full time?
We understand that sometimes things happen. If you need to leave early, please notify a staff member as soon as possible. However, since incomplete donations may not be usable, we ask that you make arrangements to stay for the entire time. We recommend using the restroom before checking in and allowing extra time in your schedule so you don’t feel rushed. Your comfort and safety are our priority, and being prepared helps make the donation process as easy as possible.
